Most websites are built and live within one to two weeks of the brief being submitted. Your demo is typically ready within a week. From demo approval to going live usually takes just a few more days once the setup fee is confirmed.
No account needed. Just click "Get Started", choose your plan, and fill in the brief. Your progress is saved automatically, and we'll email you a link so you can return to the form at any time — on any device.
Every website is built from the ground up, customised for your specific practice. We never use page builder templates or reskin existing layouts. Your site is uniquely yours — from the design to the code.
On Lohki Managed plans, your monthly retainer includes 1 content or functionality change request per month (Starter) or ongoing updates (Advanced). For changes outside of this, we'll quote you for the work. On self-hosted plans, any post-delivery changes are billed at an agreed rate.

The setup fee is a once-off payment that covers the full design and development of your website — from brief to a fully deployed, live site. You only pay the setup fee after you've approved the demo. You're paying for a custom-built website, not a subscription to a website builder.
The monthly retainer (on Lohki Managed plans) covers server hosting, SSL certificate renewal, uptime monitoring, basic security maintenance, and included content/functionality update requests per month. The Starter plan includes 1 change request per month. The Advanced plan includes ongoing updates as part of the retainer.
The setup fee is paid via EFT — we'll send you an invoice once you've approved the demo. The monthly retainer is set up via PayFast subscription link that we send you after the site goes live. There are no card-on-file surprises — you set up the subscription yourself and can cancel it through PayFast at any time.
Lohki Managed: Same setup fee, plus a monthly retainer. We handle all hosting, SSL, uptime, maintenance, and included update requests. The easiest option — focus on your clients, not your server.
Self Hosted: Same setup fee, no monthly retainer. We hand you the complete website files and you host it wherever you like — your own server, a shared hosting provider, anywhere. Future changes are quoted separately.

Yes. Starting with a Starter plan is a great way to establish your online presence quickly, and you can always upgrade to Advanced later. We'll scope the additional work required (blog, document portal, admin panel, etc.) and quote accordingly. Your existing design and content carries over.
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and thoroughly tested on both mobile and desktop. Mobile performance is not an afterthought — it's baked into every build from the start.
On the Advanced plan, yes — the backend admin panel gives you the ability to manage blog posts, resources, team members, booking availability, and more without touching code. On the Starter plan, content changes are handled through your monthly update request.
Yes. Professional email addresses (e.g., [email protected]) can be set up alongside your domain. Get in touch and we'll sort out the details as part of your domain registration.

Every site we build includes the technical SEO foundations — clean semantic HTML, meta tags, structured data, and a sitemap — giving your site the best possible starting point.

Yes — on the Advanced plan. The Advanced plan includes a financial calendar where you can publish SARS deadlines, submission dates, and other key dates your clients need to know. It also includes a resources & downloads library for sharing forms, checklists, tax guides, and other documents with clients and prospects.
