We Build Your Demo
Our team gets to work building your fully custom demo site from your brief. We'll reach out if we have any questions. No payment yet — you see the website before you commit anything.
Review & Refine
We present the demo to you directly. Review it, share your feedback, and we'll refine it until you're completely happy. Revisions are included with every plan — no nickel-and-diming for reasonable changes.
Confirm & Pay the Setup Fee
Happy with your demo? Give us the go-ahead. We'll send you an EFT invoice for the once-off setup fee. Once payment is confirmed, your build moves to the next stage and your domain gets configured.
Go Live
We deploy your site to your domain, configure SSL, and make it live. If you chose a Lohki Managed plan, we'll send you a PayFast link to set up your monthly retainer. If you opted for self-hosting, we hand over all the files and you're done.
